Must be hard working, detail oriented, and drug free.
Wage and Benefits Starting labor rate $24 - $28/hr.

75 for 3rd shift Key Accountabilities Adheres to all food safety and personal safety requirements.
Maintains food processing, building and facility equipment through field commonly accepted techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and develop a plan to repair the failure.
Provides Maintenance Support to Production with quality repairs and excellent performance.
Maintains daily log of repairs using EAM for record.
Conducts Preventative Maintenance on all assigned equipment.
Researches parts status, alternative vendors and substitution parts in concert with the Parts Room Clerk.
Submits Preventative Maintenance, calibration, verification and other such documentation in a timely manner.
Reports actual and potential food and personal safety problems/concerns to management immediately.
Responds to routine and emergency calls for repair and service in a timely, efficient manner.
Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat/bump cap, hair/beard net and gloves when required Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms Ability to work in all areas of the facility including hot and cold areas and be exposed to wet and humid conditions.
Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment Ability to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment Ability to react positively to changes in priorities Demonstrated ability to sequence tasks to accomplish work Attend meetings and trainings as required Resolves problems and conflicts in an acceptable manner that shows respect for the other person(s).
Become a member of our HAZMAT Team Minimum Requirements A successful candidate will have or 3-5 years' experience in industrial maintenance Perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting (up to 75lbs, unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking Safely use various manual, power and safety tools common to maintenance Handle commonly used chemicals in accordance with SOPs and SDS 480V 3phase knowledge Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems, read schematics, and use electrical testing equipment (Volt-Ohm meter, amp meter, megger) Troubleshoot Field devices using Allen Bradley PLC's (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC5/05) Food Plant Experience a Plus Knowledge of Fristam Pumps, Triclover Valves, GEA Separators, HTST Pasteurizers, Air Hoists, Pallet Jacks, Industrial Water Treatment Equipment, Ammonia Refrigeration, Medical, dental, prescription, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and supplemental benefit options.
